Lindsey Long

Lindsey believes that moving meditation can help her students achieve focus, clarity and strength, and the ability to develop their own uniqueness on and off of the mat. She has over 3000 hours of training spanning barre, pilates, HIIT, yoga, pre and post natal fitness, and more with nearly 15 years of teaching experience. Her classes are an upbeat fusion of her training and feel like a fun, sweaty rave where you learn about the body and challenge yourself to be the very best version of you.
