New York Packing List

Rule #1 :) – Make sure you come well fed. Our first lunch together is at 1 PM on Friday! 

The list below is a guide to help prepare you for your upcoming experience at Camp Yoga! Be sure to check the weather before packing for camp and pack clothes appropriate for the activities you have signed up for. Come dressed for a yoga/workout as opening ceremonies has all elements included. Arriving in jeans might make that tough :) 

  • CABINS – bedding is NOT included. We suggest a warm sleeping bag, or some heavy linens. Sept can be cold overnight. Mattress is included

  • Bedding is INCLUDED at this camp for shared private and above :) Mattress as well!
  • Rain jacket

  • Running shoes

  • Yoga mat – and any towels, props, or supports that you need.

  • Toiletries (such as toothbrush, toothpaste, face cloth, soap, deodorant and shampoo)

  • Towel or two

  • Laundry or garbage bags for dirty laundry

  • Reusable water bottle

  • Sunscreen & insect repellent

  • Earplugs (people snore – such is life. Plan an epic playlist with headphones or earplug it up)

  • Flashlight and/or headlamp 

  • BLACK LIGHT PARTY GEAR – planning on hitting up the party Saturday night? Of course you are! Let’s make this THE best Camp Yoga party yet. Bring your best dang bright whites and costume whether you’re into it or not. You’re now part of the Camp Yoga family. PACK THEM – We also have black lights, and glow paint.

  • Sweatshirt and other warm layers

  • Snacks! BUT LISTEN UP. Camp’s are NUT FREE FACILITIES/ Bring whatever sustenance you think you will need to keep you energized between classes. We ask that all snacks be kept in your vehicle to ensure that we are not attracting wildlife into the cabins.
